      Read and follow the OWNER's Manual. Keep it simple.. Old School technique will do more good than harm your bike

            Amazing set of pictures and the Bonneville. Reminded me of my trip in 2011. Came back to the tourer section after months , and this is what i get. Kudos to you.

                    Amazing tour this one is. Well written travelog . Want to know more about your machine like how heavy does it feel? What kind of fuel efficiency does such a big engine return etc.

                    And I wish every biker is blessed with an adventure loving partner ... Lucky you .. keep riding.

                      @Sachinnair Hi thank you for your appreciation. My original plan was the same since the Manali route has the most awesome scenery.. The Manali route was badly battered with rains. Adding to the fact that while returning from Changla I had a minor fall and the gear shift lever broke and hence did not want to take the risk of unknown/bad roads. Also my wife's back had already taken a beating so it would have been very hard on her. Hence the same route.

                      [MENTION=51244]vineeth9188[/MENTION] The mileage I got was on an average of 23kmpl which came to around 3 Rs per km. My fuel costs were around 20k-21k.
