While leaving from Delhi to Mussorie I saw a group of bikers near Meerut Bypass on a dhaba on 01-June-2013 there were Two karizmas and one Bullet Classic any body from here ?, While returning back from Rishikesh we saw a group of bikers on Rishikesh road which is under construction right now till Meerut, there were two apaches, one 220, one CBR, one R15 and One modified Fazer with blue engel eyes and led tail lamp any body from here ?. I just waved at this group at two three times on the way while waiting for our group members and they replied back as well :-).

P.S: Please do make sure to use riding gear whenever you ride. At least good quality helmets are very important.

Thanks ridermax, After buying my bike with all my savings in Oct-12 (Honda CBR 250STD Tri colour) i am right now saving for riding gears and will buy them for sure in next 3-4 months. I have a helmet Studds Scorpion King with me, PSG Leather gloves and Probiker summer gloves.

I think you are talking about us . We had been to Rishikesh the ast weekend. 1 Fazer with blue angel eyes, 1 R15 V2, 2 CBRs, 3 Apache 180s, 1 Apache 150, 2 P220s & 1 ZMA.

Exactly Sid it were u guys, i think it was ur Tricolour CBR which i saw on Rishikesh road when there was a bit of Jam there and u were offroading it on under construction road...., It is nice to hear from u guys . So when u guys started your trip ?, and u went only to Rishikesh or some where else as well ?

Yes it was me Prateek , You live in Ghaziabad ?, I ocassionaly visit Ghaziabad as there is my Mom's village near raj nagar extension (if you have heard of Ator Nangla).

I have tanked up my bike on the eve of Saturday (31-May-


2013), filled it with correct Tyre pressure have PUC done


for it. So after packing all our stuff and rechecking if


we are missing some thing me (Ashish) & my brother (Rahul


aka Bunty) went to bed on 31-May-2013 at around 10:00 PM


but as you all may know because of the excitement of our


first tour we were not able to sleep and were awake till


around 12:30 talking to each other. Then at 2:15 am on 01


-June-2013 got a call from one of our group member


(Sachin) to wake up and get ready so that we can start as


early as possible we started getting ready and were all up


& ready to leave by 3:15 am and then picked up sachin's


friend (Santosh aka Mendis) on the way near Janakpuri D


Block. it was nice to drive that early in the morning as


roads are relatively less crowded except for some trucks


on the road. When we entered ghaziabad we took our first


stop to call my cousin (Deepak) and his friend (Praveen


aka Popy) who would be joining us from Meerut. I called


Praveen first and no response and i said to my bro what


the f..., Then he tried calling Deepak and after 2-3 tries


he picked up and said he will be ready and call popy as


well so after waisting around 15-20 minutes here we


started again and then just after crossing modinagar we


took another stop to call these guys and they replied that


they will reach at meerut bypass by around 5:30 so we


proceededfurther to Meerut and when we reached meerut by


pass they were no where in sight and we called them up and


there was no response and we kept waiting for these guys


for around 10-15 minutes then we saw them and it was a


sigh of relief to see them. Then these guys insisted to


have a break here to have their so called suta break and


waisted anothe 5-10 minutes their. Aftre that i told them


that we need to hurry up now and will have to drive a bit


faster to coverup as much distance as possible before the


scorching Sun would be on our heads and then we started.


Then just after one Km strange things started showing up


in popy's bike it was not going over 60-65km/h anf missing


as well. so we have to drive in that range to be with


them. Then just after riding for around 10km these guys


(My cousin & His friend) started saying that they want to


stop for tea i said please at least drive for 30 km then


we will have it and i stretched them till around 25 km and


then we stoped at a road dhabba to have some food and tea


but the service on that dhabba was not upto mark and they


took around 20 min to bring our order of aloo pyaz


paratha, tea and some sandwiches.

Good to know that the biking bug is biting more people, but dude work on the text and the formatting of the trip log. The purpose is to make it an entertaining read, with a little more effort i am sure this would turn out far better.
