My gloves are Joe Rocket's Reactor 2.0 All leather. Very comfortable after breaking in. My friend got it for me from somewhere. It is a summer glove. Has holes for ventilation.

Yeah i am also thinking of adding a rear crash guard.

Puncture free tires are a myth and you won't get good quality alloys for an RE. Reducing tire size for good alloys is not advisable. And using tubeless on spoked wheels is also not foolproof. So carry a spare tube and enjoy riding.
