A group of us planned all a trip to Nagarjuna sagar and hit the road by next day morning. Nagarjuna Sagar is located about 170 kms away from Hyderabad.
We started around 6 AM on four bikes and reached Nagarjunasagar at about 2 PM. It should usually take about 3 hrs to travel to Nagarjunasagar but we got delayed because we given some rest to our bikes in-between and some photo shoot. Driving a bike to the place might be a good idea but when we are on the way there r lot of construction work going on in road sides.and not properly made any fences aroud it(we found it too dangerous while coming back in the night).
When we reached near the dam area, its an aweosome view . We took the boat ride to the Nagarjunakonda museum which is located on an island inside the dam.
