Here it is... the forgotten ride to Hernai-Murud Janjira..

This was done on 25th Jan 09.. Unicorn n R15's left from Thane in the morning.. took a detour from Mahad... experienced a mini-Leh terrain... R15's were tested to their limits.. later joined by Razor and Winzee at night.

Faced a looong stretch of loose gravel... R15's were skidding at 20kmph!



Spotted a beach again...!... and it was hell after this till we reached Hernai



Rode thru the Bauxite mines....









Entering Hernai....atlast we see a pakka road!













On time to capture the sunset...

We didnt find a room at Hernai so moved further down to Murud Janjira.. found a hotel.. got fresh.. went to a restaurent for food n drinks... few mins later we were joined by Razor n Winzee.. (Note: You only get quarters n 200ml in this part of the world)

Strolling on the beach.... dead dark.. went back to our hotel... drank in the verandah... I remember Anup narrating some of his ghostly experiences.
