              Some more pics:

Where eagles/vultures dare (kinda confused about it). It was eating it's kill on the roadside and we saw it from approx 100mtrs. It's wing span was huge... although we waiting for 10 minutes for it to return to it's kill but we were in sight so it only circled us from high above, waiting for us to leave!!

                            Hey all,
it was a great trip. after canceling the plans for Chail. me and wify had to go to dehradoon to some friends place. but after being persuaded by some we changed the plans and instead of spending a day in Dehradoon. we opted to go to Chakrata with the Team. initially i was going on my car (Thank god i did not). one day before we had to leave decided that i will take the bike. but what bike. as all of you would know the Jeeta aka PIP (bullet) is gone. what i have is a Converted rx100. was not too sure about the reliability of he bike as i generally face issue when i go to office which is just 20 KM. but i had DCS the tech so no worries.
On saturday early in the morning after packing up we left was quiet worried about Wify. She has never been on a bike the max she had been was on the bike was just for 1 KM thats all and we were talked some odd 750 kms here. but the trip went fine. the RX acted real well in the plains. though we had some jetting issues because of which the RX would not pull in 4000 - 4800 rpm Range. because of this we had some problem but not much the RX went fine all the way to the top.

@B2L. Thanks for being around on our dumb stopages.
@Aryan. Thanks a lot for being taking so nice pics.
@JukeBOX. hmm you answered my dumb question. oh and i will remember what we call the KALI wali foto.
@Sparrow: thanks for making my wify comfy.
@DCS. i wont say thanks to you.
we will look forward to more of these rides. cause wify wants more of it.

                              My Post!

Then to top it up, it was Born2Lead who was also joining in. So I just had no other option but to jump in. Confirmed it with Desi who said that he too would be going on the trip on his RX100 with his wife as a pillion. And was also told that Jukebox is also joining us.
Could I ask for more??? With Decently tenured/mature Riders, who happen to be wonderful photographers, a trip to hills is a Dream-come-true. It dint took me long to confirm my participation.
I wish I could post a wonderful travelogue but owing to the fact that am not even half as good with pen(oops-Keyboard Here!) as Aryan, Jb and B2L are, I would like to keep it Short if not sweet!. Hehehehehehehe
Well, the ride was a pleasure altogether. Even for the fact that I have been Traveling, riding, driving for some good old 14 or so years, I unfortunately never got the opportunity to ride along side wonderful people in abundance. And this trip really made me see the better part of riding in group. Else, I have most of the times been riding solo.

B2L: Dost, you are a gem of a person and a very good Rider. I am glad that I could ride along.
JB: it was an honor to ride along with you Mates. Looking forward of more such rides. Hopefully, in my next ride, I will have My dentist as a pillion. And yes, after looking at the pics, I realized that a Photographer like you sees the same thing with a different View and lens and angle.

                              Cheers

@DCS: Yeah, you better bring your dentist GF along on the next ride to the hills; would be awesome!
