Wow omkar! awesome! I remember few months ago you completed saddle sore on RE GT and now this. Just superb fitness of both you and the beast. All the best with certification

PS: those who said this bike is not fit for long hauls, I am thinking about them

yes we both were together but as the rain hit us from all the ways... it was a big no no for the bonnie ...

I had to face the rain for almost 400 km ( non-stop rain poring down ).

the road s are awesome .. not a single pot hole or diversion's just that people tend to pop up from no wear in the middle of the road...
need to be focused all the time.
the route was :-
kolhapur - belgaum - hubali - davanagere - sira - tumkur - nelemangala toll and then to NICE road to hosur - krishnagiri - dharmapuri - salem - dindigul - madurai - tirunelveli - beach road kanyakumari ( i did not get a fuel slip so i had to find an ATM and not the turning point ) and same route back to kolhapur.... completed my bun burner in belgaum but still had time so did reach to my place @ under 36 hrs given time 2572.7 km in 35 hrs and 50 min 43 sec. 172.7 km extra so that i wont have the problem of running out of KM...

the ride was the best i had till now as... its always been.....there was a point where me and my friend had reached kanyakumari and a thought pop out there a big tyfoon hit at madras and we might get heavy rain and we need to move ASAP. so we started are ride back and as soon as we reached dindigul the rain started poring down and that to from all directions and then it was like riding on a ice slab as the roads were smooth and the water created a thin film between the road and the tyres ... its was tough battling the road ... at one moment i was riding with my legs sliding down the road and felt as if i was ice skating. it was tough for me but had to do it...i was all wet from head to toe . the rain started from dindigul and was there over my head till sira .. and i fell proud to say that i did it and completed the bun burner 2400 ... but my friend could not make it as he was cold and numb he took a hotel in tumkur and waited over night and did ride back to kolhapur the next day. he did complete saddle sore on his bonnie .

How much did you average on the highways. I mean speed.
