We are going to end our 2015 road trip exactly on the same route where it all started [http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/tourer/3...ak-odisha.html]. But this time we are well prepared, added far more new places and few 100km more roads.

              After finishing http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/tourer/3...endragiri.html

Me: WTH! What do you want, should I do a stoppie or what!!

Constable: Jao bade Sahib bula rahein hain.

Me: This is 2nd time on this road I have been stopped.

Senior officer [age kind of 55+, huge belly, big moustache, I mean there is more hair in his moustache than my head
] still standing and talking to me: Licence please

              Me: Showed him

Senior Officer: No give to junior officer. Check it out please.

Junior officer - young and fit guy but sleeping on his belly over Bonnetwa of Qualis

              Senior Officer: Racing ehhh!! ?

Me: No Sir with these bikes you can maintain good speed of 80-110 kmh. And we promote safety and biking. Just look at all the gear we are wearing.

Senior Officer: And why are you guys riding with your lights on in day?

Me: Again safety sir, other vehicles & pedestrian can spot us from far and that will good for both of us.

Senior Officer: Now impressed. Which places are you going to cover?

Me: Deomali, Sunabeda, Koraput, Jeypore, Jagdalpur, back to Sunabeda, Araku and back to home.

Senior Officer: To Junior Officer. Start laughing crazy guys these are.

              Me:

Senior Officer: Came close to me and ask are you Married?

Now me walking back to bike with a broad smile on face.

Taufique: kya hua, what does he want

Me: Bhagaao re gadi, ise phele ki uska mood change ho jaye.

30 min got wasted in all these chit-chat.

Somewhere close to Salur. Taufique rode too fast on hay, laid by the farmers on road. Rear sprocket was a mess. Thanks to Smruti who spotted it. It took quite a bit to clean it up.

The view of the valley and the two villages on either side of mountain was worth the climb. This shot was taken from the topmost watchtower.

One needs a minimum of 3-4 hrs to enjoy the nature and its surrounding. There are 2 view points. 1 Sabari river view point which you can see on this pic i.e. the railing on left. Another 1 is Sangam Ghat view point. For the later, one has to trek 2 km or so through jungle. Since it was already 4pm and we had to cover 100 km more. We only had darshan of Lord Gupteswar

Everyone told us to get back to Jeypore then ride to Jagdalpur. Which means it will be 150 km i.e. 50 km more than the route we have decided earlier. Never the less we asked few local & stick to our old plan. We decided to cover 50 % of jungle route from Gupteswar to Kotapad before dark.

As we had no pre reservation in Jagdalpur we had to search few hotels. Got a lodge with good parking facility. Ate the dinner, call it a day. Total distance covered 240 km
