DAY 10, 10 Jan 2016, Udaipur to Mumbai(RJ-GJ-MH)

Route taken: Udaipur- Modasa - Godhra - Vadodara - Surat - Airoli (750 Kms)
Road Conditions:^stUndhiyu is a Gujarati mixed vegetable dish that is a regional specialty of Gujarat, India. The name of this dish comes from the Gujarati words "matlu" meaning earthen pot and "undhu" meaning upside down since they have been traditionally cooked upside down underground in earthen pots fired from above.
The dish is a seasonal one, comprising the vegetables that are available on the South Gujarat coastline during the winter season, including (amongst others) green beans or new peas (typically used along with the tender pod), unripe banana, small eggplants, muthia (dumplings/fritters made with fenugreek leaves and spiced chickpea flour, and either steamed or fried), potatoes, and purple yam, and sometimes plantain. These are spiced with a dry curry paste that typically includescilantro leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili pepper, sugar and sometimes includes freshly grated coconut.[1] The mixture is slow cooked for a long time, with some vegetable oil and a very small amount of water sufficient to steam the root vegetables.

Slow and steady we munched miles but we were dead tired and then we were stuck in traffic, and the smile came on my face realizing that we were near Fountain hotel, near to Ghodbunder road which is very much near to our place and we decided to celebrate our ride completion, and what better way to celebrate than eating at one of our favorite restaurant, BBC(Borivali Biryani centre) Ghodbunder road, had Paya soup, my favourite mutton biryani and finished it with Hot sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream(We hardly have three heavy meals a day but when we do it we do it in three different states :P),

Have read the full story on x-bhp in 3 days in breaks, was checking in every 4-5 hours whether you have updated the thread or not.

The thread title will drag anyones attention to checkin.

3800kms in bike within few days ..... woooohhh ... that too a couple ..... in different bikes ..... awesomeee..

Enjoyed and loved each and every bit of your story..
Have read so many logs and this one goes in top of the line.

i cant mention all of them but here are some of the points which keeps readers engaged and entertaining (enjoying as well)

*The planning and preparation,
*Your love for riding gears, motor machines and safety.
* Name of the bikes. (What was the name of RE ?)
*The guts and dare both riders carry ... (specially the lady ... helmets off to her ... and to sachin sir for mentally preparing her to do this)
*The chemistry and co-ordination of the couple, bonded emotions, feeling for each other, love and drama
*The narration used to describe the story.
*Mouth watering pictures of lovely food.. (best part was the words used to describe yourselves as food lovers )
*Wonderful and Mesmerizing sceneries, landscapes, pleasing places and monuments.
* Photography techniques.
*Hotel arrangements at affordable costs,
*Description of roads and traffic, weather conditions at that moment.
* The Taj dressup idea is indeed crazy but both of you looking superb in that avatar.

The story completed few hours ago for which i was eagerly waiting,

Finally took coloured printout of the story to read it again and again and show it to my family and friends as this story to me is like a milestone and benchmark .... very encouraging and inspiring.

Wow man! Many many congratulations to both of you. What a duo buddy. First time ever I learnt a Mr & Mrs Biker duo in India. Just speechless man. You both did very different kind of romantic journey. Want to put a lot but not finding words. I second PremSoni85.
