A road trip to Ladakh is always on the top of bucket list of every Biker. Back in August 2006. I got myself an old Enfield to travel to Ladakh. But every year, I found many reasons that delayed the trip. Sometimes I blamed work schedule, sometimes people and sometimes destiny. This year in February 2016 , I met with a nasty accident at Rajasthan. My motorcycle was totaled. I had no bike and no money left. It boggles my mind even while writing this that exactly after 10 years, it was my calling. Calling to Ladakh. Because this year, I fought with my destiny and despite all the odds I didn't kill the plan. And pieces that fell apart now bounced back into better place in my life.
Every road trip has a story. This is my story about the land of stellar landscapes. Ladakh.
Ladakh is so much more then breathtaking landscapes. I encountered some of the best moments of my life with people, animals and rediscovered a new space inside my soul.
