Please remove the pics that have riders without helmet.

It's really sad to see that you guys are riding without helmet.

And most shocking part is pillions does not even have helmets with them.

Remove those pics ASAP.

dude Binoy, good effort but where is the travel log!!! and what about the details like where and when you started, how many kilometers you rode etc?. Also I don't think Ponmudi is 80 Kms from Trivandrum, Its only 60 Km's and me and my friends used to go there frequently when we were at college

Your pics brought those memories back.

Sorry guys we were having helmets but only for riders... just took of the helmets for the photo session...

but don't had helmets for the pillion's and here in kerala no pillion riders wear helmets...

So do i need to delete the pics???

Travel continues...

After we had a nice bath at the waterfall we were on the way to "ponmudi"... had some stop for the photo's at different hair pins... the climate was getting more chilled as we move up...

The weather is awesome. Many trips to kerala these days. I feeling jealous of you all.

To reach Kerala, first I need to ride down to Banglore, and then again a day-ride to Kerala.

Anyway, I do not mind riding down there; all these trips are revoking memories of my Munnar trip 18 months back. But, I need a week leave and need to prepare my bike for long rides. You know, my bike is in bad shape now.

Wish kerala is just a one-day ride away to Hyderabad.

But, for sure, in Monsoon, I am riding down there to Munnar as well as Western ghats near Pune.

We can get the bikes transported there via train..coz traveling all the way to Kerala is not at all possible with a limited number of leaves..

You can come here anytime not an issue at all..!!

And atlast the place "PONMUDI"...

thought those fog's where coming to catch us...

As like that of other hill stations we cannot find any shops or buildings on top. it's plain hills and this place is not also crowded... That's the main thing i liked most... beautiful scenes, fresh cool air... and what we need for a beautiful healthy soul... As @Anup said these places make us remember of many poets...

At the top... hoooyyyaaaa...

Yes definitely it was a beautiful experience... A real refreshment for the mind and an energizer for ur soul...
It was almost getting dark while we returned home...

The interesting thing was we never started our bikes for many kilometers(think more than 8kms)... while coming down from the hills...

That is a lovely place Binoy!! Weekend ride to these kind of places really rejuvenates the body and mind.
