The Bhupen Hazarika Setu also popularly known as Dhola Sadiya Bridge is a S shaped bridge over the Lohit River a major tributary of Brahmaputra River connecting Dhola and Sadiya of Assam. This bridge gives a permanent road connection between Northern part of Assam and Eastern Arunachal Pradesh. It is the longest bridge of India ( 9.15 KM ). It was Inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji on 26th May 2017.
We visited the bridge on 30th July 2017 which was around 200Kms to and fro trip.
