Sorry for late reply. Missed teh notification.
Suspension was really good. I also had a small custom seat for pillion to avoid sitting on saddle bag fasteners.
Both of us were good after completing journey. No back pain or any issue because of riding bike.

          Prologue:
Ever since I got my new bike (Honda Hornet 160R) and looking at touring section it always buged me to go for touring. However there was always some other priority. Finally I decided to encash upcoming long weekend.

          As conversation started with wife

Me: I am going to bike tour .
          She: I will also come.
MeTrying to scare her) This is going to be 400+ km and you have to sit for 8 hours on back
She: No problem I will come anyway, I am exhausted from office routine and I WILL ALSO COME.
Now, failing at logic and that bold letter conversation got me a company

After getting all Gears for both of us, bags and small setup on bike we ready to roll.

I am using Honda Throttle (CBR 250) FS oil. No heatup at all.
Hornet is really good on highways.

550 Kms of NH44 at 85-90 Kmph cruise
300 Kms of under construction road, speed varied from 10-40 Kmph
150 Kms of good road with moderate speed 60-75 Kmph.

Highway Cruising: With pillion and bags I was able to cruise 90+ easily. However, I kept it 85-90 only. The vibration was nil.

Driving Comfort: We didn't feel any back pain or tiredness after the ride.

Stability: There was stretch of 170+ km (onward route) / 120 km (back route) of under-construction road of gravel and even some places boulders. But it able to sail through, thanks to MRF Zapper. It said to be soft compound tire but I don't see any cuts after trip. Not even loss of tire pressure.
Luckily avoided two accident places, jumping over unmarked breakers on flat road. These breaker are not visible at speed of 70+ and breaking may skid the bike.

Only problem with bike after journey: chain cover bold screw thread worn out. Not sure how it happened.
