awesome... I was looking out for packages - none of the travel sites have responded to my query. If someone could include details on how to get there and back from Delhi, it would be great.

^^ yeah, it would... don't live at Delhi, so will have issues with getting a bike for the ride. Plus wanted to do this one comfortably - family will be present for this trip.

            maybe another time i guess

Sure bro, but you're right a trip with family would indeed be great. Whenever you go, have a great time...

the plan has been brewing for almost 3 years.
But something or the other always creeps up.. Altough earlier i was thinking of going in my frenz car, but now whenever i go it will be on my bike.
Its not final as yet but thinkin of making it soon.

I was there in Corbet about 6 years ago so I not sure if this info is useful.from Delhi take the highway to Muradabad and then to ramnagar.from here you have to enter the core region which is called the dhikala(2 wheelers not allowed).from the dhikala you have elephant rides in the morning to track the elusive big cat.jeep safari's might be available as well.roads were pathetic when I went(thankfully I was on a bus).things should be better I guess...the Delhi folks should give you more info.don't go for these packages - they are ridiculously expensive....get your own car and use the jeep and elephant safari to explore the jungles.

You need to do the simple thing. PM suman on teambhp. He has gone there TWICE this year.

More than route you will get the hotel details/how/what areas to sightsee etc

As for taxis on hire - PM me separately, and I might be able to share a bunch of numbers for your use.

                        Cheers

Thanks bro, i am not associated with team-BHP so PM to suman won't be feasible, but are motorcycles not allowed in that area as steve mentioned? If not then i will definitely seek your help..

How to Reach Corbett | Route Map from Delhi | Driving Directions | Distance

You can practically find all the details here..and the best thing to do is call this hotel and ask if you can take the bike to the park and all the other details...
                            i hope this helps
