This came totally outta the blue for me. All memories of the guy on the silver Pee 220 that i was used to seeing at all the g2g's has taken a hit.
Looking forward to seeing you and your yellow Ceeber soon !

Congrats Pranay. And this definitely calls for a treat that includes way more than just Eclairs

Thanks, yar. Regarding the complain, well, the stares is just one complaint among many like, "where are the rear grabs?? This seat is so darn high. So uncomfortable..." She loves it though...and I don't blame her.

This calls for a 'big' CONGRATS Pranay! All Capitals there.

Its is just wonderful to see another rider make the 'one small change in the model name, one big leap in motorcycling' switch from commuters to the heady world of performance motorcycling.

Better still was to read your write-up. No, I am not praising the grammar, the words or the content here. It is the extremely 'level headed' rider who emerges from the worded experience that I admire to the hilt. You have truly respected the machine and are willing not to impose but to learn. Exemplary attitude there and something to emulate for all those thinking of making the big switch.

This does call for a celebration with, as Maverick says, something more than your customary eclairs. Looking forward to a ride to Nandi Hills with you on the CBR this time and a Devil's own at the corner CCD to come after.

Take care and ride long and safe...

                Congrat Pranay !!!

954 is my favourite CBR and right now I am feeling so jealous . But of course more happy to see the 954 in action. It is the most beautiful CBR and now a rare commodity. Please take very good care of it . I am making it totally sound as if you borrowed it from me . The yellow color looks very sporty and nice gear too.

And yes time to change ur avatar pic. All the best and congrats one again !!!

loved reading the log...could actually feel the pain u had experienced during the ride in the broken roads but as u already said its all worth it ...the 954 and 919 have been my favourite Hondas since ages and i would still say it looks way more menacing and sexy than today's avatars and R1s..you brought back fond memories when i rode my cousin's 954 in mumbai...frankly i was quite scared by this monster ...Congrats and enjoy the fantastic machine...you will love every minute of its company
You can take the ride away from me but you cannot take the rider out of my soul.........

The bike is a TOR and is as clean as it gets. The 954RR was the Honda flagship superbikes in year 2002-2003 before they launched the 'ThouRR in '04. To know more about the 954RR, you could visit the CBR forums.

Frankly, binoy, the roads leading from Thrissur to Kozhikode was such a pain. Maybe its because of the monsoons, but the traffic and the roads combined was absolutely horrible. Thrissur as a town was very nice and serene, and it reminded me of some of the towns back in my home (Nepal).
