Thank you Praveen, the pictures I have posted also include pictures clicked by Pranay and Veda too. So kudos to them too!

I have covered Nimmu in my next days log, I hope the pictures as you expected!

The night ride was the result of the delays, but its something I will never regret. Riding from Lamayuru to Leh in the evening was super fun! And surprisingly it wasn't too cold either!

    did u visit leh palace??
Pranay was sleeping over the lovely momo's we had for lunch!

We had left this day for local leh visit, but then due to our delays on the previous day we were forced to choose between local Leh sightseeing and seeing what all we missed due to the night ride earlier and we chose the latter. Natural beauty over man-made beauty

I hit a speedo indicated 130Kmph, on a 220 with a stock front tyre that would be about 133 kmph Again me and Veda split up but decided to meetup at the main petrol bunk in Leh town.

130kmph!! whoa....I have done a max of 108 on my p200 and one of my frinds claim to have done 113 on my p200.... I guess then even my bike has a potential to reach atleast 120.... maybe will try next time when i find a straight empty road.

        • Praful I can see some plastic cover over the tanks and side panels.
What are they for? protection from scratches? Are these the regular plastic sheet or something specific for this purpose?

IIRC, think they are sort of tapes (cellotapes), used to avoid scratches caused due to tank bags, remember praful mentioning it one of his threds....

Well if you are talking of normal altitude roads then yes your 200 should be doing atleast 120 with ease. People have done more than 130 also on the 200.

                    Thanks buddy

The white tape you see on the tank is a medical tape and on the tail section is a combination of cling film and scotch tape. There are basically to protect the paint.

Veda is too lazy to write and Pranay at the moment is underwater under work pressure
