  • Christmas Ride

Well, I dont know if this is the right section that I am posing this thread in or should I post it a all!

As we all know that Christmas is on Friday this year which has already started itching most of the riders who must be looking for some destinations to ride on! I was planning to do a delhi-jaipur-ajmer and pushkar-jaisalmer-delhi trip. However, as the circumstances are going, I dont think my manager wold allow me a a leave on thursday, the 24th.

So considering three and half days in hand, is there any place for me to go and come back?

i have been to jaipur, agra, shimla, chandigrh, jim corbett

    please advise!!!

    thanks in advance

Remove Jaisalmer. That is a whopping 796 from Delhi. The rest should be fine considering you would spend 1 night in Pushkar/Ajmer. And you should be comfortable riding at night.

          thanks first of all

well if i remove Jaisalmer, the itinerary would lose its meaning....infact, all I wanted to visit was jaisalmer...I really wanted to enjoy the camel safari in the Sam sand dunes and watch the sunset with the sky painted with all the differnt hues!!! thats beautiful!

SO I would keep the trip intact and would leave it for some other time!!!

          Any more suggestions???

For Jaiselmer, add a day, at the least ... For 3 days ride out to the hills somplace ... Keep Jaipur/Ajmer/Jaiselmer for a trip which you have minimum 5 days, to actually enjoy the trip.

              planning the same...

this time i do not want to head to a secluded place....but want to enjoy a bustling population. have plans for either shimla or manali...

              delhi-chandigarh-shimla/manali and around-delhi

              any recommendations???
