even though i missed the trip being with you guys [V], but believe me when i say that i was with you all the time i was reading the trip log ... [8)]
i've always believed in you. You are one hell of a Trip Organizer.
Goofups always happen the first time you travel unknown roads. They always do and u cant do anything about them. [B)]
But i am sure that whenever we go next time, it'll be a great trip - (minus) all the goof ups .
But you guys have had a great trip as far as i can see ... cause i still remember our 2 day 1 night trip to shimla in sep ...
keep it up bun. but i promise myself, i wont miss the leh trip for my life, leave aside my job. [}

and as you said, we must make plenty of practise trips, i'll be ready and waiting for our next trip ... make it happen soon... [

@cathode : accordin to my odometer , from by-pass to by-pass , we did app 1030kms. add in the distance from ur place to bypass n back. confirm with others too
@hitanshu : there was one flat on day 4. of salil's bike. didnt carry much spares. i carried a tube,yogesh carried oil and tools,salil too carried tools n minor stuff. no one here has the mangalore no
