If you thoroughly go through the instructions posted by the admin in the first post, he has clearly mentioned that the votes will not be the only criterion for deciding the three winners. Votes will be validated against the consensus of the moderation team.

Thanks for the link. I got it, but got some problem with adding photos to my roadtrip. This is what I did. Uploaded photos in picasa, in the roadtrip page I have included the photo url using "Add Image" feature. It takes the url and it is fine. When I use preview post, image is not displayed in the preview of the post.
Does something I am missing out..??Comment

Does distance of the trip count? That clarification would be for myself. I haven't been able to do long trips so far. But I do go out in and around Bangalore. Of course I would understand if a long trip to office and home don't count (most likely here.. as offices are far off). I did a recent short trip, liked the location... have some snaps, wanted to document it in words... maybe this will be a good time to try Anyways ALL THE BEST to all bloggers

Dude, I guess you should try going for a roadtrip on the weekend, not too far but alteast 100kms or so.. Then post it here! And as far as the distance is concerned, moderators will be a better judge for that.. Anyways, all the best!!!

Have never done this but its never too late. Will put my travelogue up very soon had done a 5500 kms mumbai rajasthan mumbai roadtrip in may june 09 all alone on my 220 dtsfi!!!!! Hope poeple like it the preparation starts today !!!!!!
