Posting after a long time. These are some of the pics from our Bokkhali trip. Nine of us went for this trip, quite a few months back. Lost most of the pics due to hard disk failure. Maybe neil will be able to upload more pics. Will write the trip log soon.

                Few more pics -

                Us @ Hotel,...Ready to leave

We planned for few weeks and decided to make this trip kinda short because a lot of people were going. Lot of riders means lots of reason for making the trip short because most of them had to go to offices, family probs, etc. So we decided to go to Bokkhali...

                Riders & their Bikes - Suvo(Black Zma'r), Neil(Yellow Zma'r), Sandy(Black Rtr160), Abir(Black P150 Dts-i), Saswato(Black P150 Dts-i), Rito(Blue P200), Kusal(Black P200), Tinku(Red R15), Bony(Grey Rtr160).

Bony, Neil, Rito, Sandy reached my place by 11. He had dinner together. Than the last one to reach my place was Kusal at around 1'o clock. None of us were able to sleep, Neil wanted to take a quick nap but we didn't let him.

                Day 1

At around 4'o clock, we started from my house and reached Hastings petrol pump, where the others were suppose to meetup. Saswato, abir and Tinku showed up after 15mins. Than we started our journey. When we reached Diamond Harbor, the sun was just starting to come up. The roads were not much of a fun to ride on. Saswato was riding behind me, the constant hum of his k&n filter was pleasure to my ears through our journey . We took a short break at Diamond harbor for clicking pics. Than we pushed on, we took another break after few kms to take more pics. We were not in hurry because there was not much kms to be covered and we had enough time. We pushed on and had to put our bikes on a barge at one point of time. Than we reached Bokkhali. After that we had breakfast, the kachories and dal was pathetic to say the least. After filling our tummies we went in search for a hotel, and found one pretty soon. We went to the beach after taking about an hour or so to settle in the hotel. Than after few hours we came back and had our lunch. After that me and neil decided to stay at the hotel while the others went to check out the surroundings.
At around 8:30 we went for Dinner.

Day 2 and more pics coming soon...

Thnx mate. Didnt take too many pics. And i dont like beaches that much , i am more of a forest and mountain guy. And was also going through some personal probs. at that time. So in a way this trip was a nice getaway. Most of the pics are lost due to hard disk failure. Anyways, Posting all the pics i have.

                      Day 2

Day 2 started off with us waking up late as usual .Than we decided to go to Henry Island. Its a beach not too far away. But the best part about this beach is that its quite empty, not many people visit it. The road was pretty bad. Village roads, than brick laid on clay. At one point of time we had to cross a narrow bridge made of bamboo, the bridge creaked under the weight of the bike, so we decided to cross one bike at a time. We reached the beach shortly, than we spend around an hour or so in the beach than started our journey back to the hotel. On the way back we had breakfast. Than we came back to the hotel, Packed up and started our journey back home. Saswato had some work and was in a hurry so we didnt take to many stops except a few for clicking pics. We decided we will have lunch in Diamond Harbour. But the hotel was closed so after taking a short break we continued our journey. I was leading, going around a constant speed of 80kmph. After Diamond harbor the roads were filled with traffic and signals, so we had to slow down a bit. We reached 'Home sweet home' around 8:30pm.

And that was the end of a short, successful, well executed trip...
