For ex for an image on flickr BikeTripRoutePlan_Dec_2009 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!, click on 'All Size' button, pick Medium or Large and then copy the link of this image, it will be of type http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2741/...be4fd73edf.jpg for a Medium Sized image & a slightly different URL for different sizes... Hope this helps ...

Few Interesting Facts

I gotta know a few Interesting Facts about God's Own Country during our trip...

1. Its only in Kerala, I saw too many Photostat Shops (Rest everywhere in India, all i found is XEROX shops)... Yes, they refer it as Photostat and not XEROX...
2. During the entire trip, the only time i had to eat boiled rice was @ Vazachal Falls... Rest everywhere else, i was lucky get plain white rice
3. Not once during my entire trip, i had to taste Coconut Oil ... They use Refined Oils too... So no need to be scared about this...
4. Mallu is actually not that difficult and by the end of the trip, i could understand most of it... (Btw, am a South Indian)
5. During our Kasargod trip, we observed that 90% of the cars were of white color... Such a thing is not true in other parts of Kerala, we found non-white cars too...
6. People here wear more of White Dhotis (Compared to dark colored lungis in other states)...
7. I saw people wearing Helmets most of the time while riding ...
8. Last but not the least, "Drinking Water" : You'll get colored boiled water (more of pinkish color) everywhere we stopped by... There was no reason to worry if the water is potable or not ...
9. The only break-fast we could get everywhere was "Omlet" & "Kerala Paratha"...
10. Fuel Price is a lot cheaper compared to that of Bangalore...

There could be many things i couldn't notice, please update if u find such things, will be happy to elaborate on it (Provided i made such observation )

There was no reason to worry if the water is potable or not ... --- That's medicated boiled water with ayurvedic herb called "pathimugham"(Don't know its scientific name)

9. The only break-fast we could get everywhere was "Omlet" & "Kerala Paratha"... --- You could also get Dosas and Idli's anywhere
