This G2G was well organised. We enjoyed each and every minute, as if like a kid out for vacation. It has returned as a safest touring as each of us were following the group riding ethics by passing all the signals from the leader. Thanks for all guys who made it as a safest tour.

Ever since I met Sakthi, he has been giving me goosebumps, rather to everyone I guess (another reminder to Subbu Sir).

But seriously speaking, the way the signals were passed were brilliant, simple, and powerful. It really helped each one of us and as a team together to make this trip a big success.

Thanks guys for making this trip very memorable for all of us.. And as subbu said,wait for shakti's dialogues..

LOG 01

It all started cos of one man Mr. Shadowfax who was injured in our first ever official G2G that happened at Bandipur and was rushed to Apollo Hospitals at Mysore by Arun due to a unexpected crash that had taken a toll on both the rider and his steed. Thanks to Arun for his quick reflexes as he took Shadowfax at the right time, failed in which he would have lost a lot of blood! As we missed Shadowfax due to the accident in our G2G, the G2G's atmosphere didn't go as planned! Chaos! everywhere as everyone was worried about Shadowfax and no one including me was in the mood of celebrating our first ever G2G. Adding misery to this, was the invitation of the heavy rains that soaked us and made us think for a second that "Did we make a mistake somewhere?" The G2G was called off and we headed back to our places with a broken heart the next day morning!
Time passed by and Shadowfax was restricted to take his steed due to his wrist injury and there went 3 months without even touching his R15. Recovery happened soon and there he again started his journey back in his steed and there comes one good news to him and to all of us, one of his senior is getting married in Tirupur and he has to attend the wedding no matter what. We started planning real quick, phones were ringing in each and everyone's pocket irrespective of the time and there we decided to go to Valparai as a one day trip! The confirmation from the entire Coimbatore team started flowing and the list was put up and guys started confirming the dates and finally the dates were decided as 24th of Jan. As the confirmation list was growing, the cancellation list was growing even more!
I seriously thought there might be little more cancellations in the final list as sakthi_nj had a project work that needs to be submitted to UK people, Josh had his meetings at delhi, red apple was busy with his server migration and cold fingers again had no room for a day's leave. Finally Sakthi_nj managed to muster some time some how without sleeping for couple of days, finishing his project and handing it over to his friends. Kudos to u man!! And three of our dearest friends were dropped out that made us sad. Anyways hoping that they'll join us next time, the preparations went on and was the day 23rd that shined bright made me think of arrival of sakthi_nj and Shadowfax from bangalore.
As planned Sakthi_nj started from bangalore at 11.00 A.M and made his way to my home at Coimbatore by 4.00P.M. Refreshing for a couple of mins, there again we started to meet my Mechanic as sakthi_nj had to service his bike prior to the trip. We met Kalai(Mechanic) who i think deserves his name to be mentioned for the fabulous job that he does. kalai took his bike for a wash and there we saw my bike came out painted fresh! Sakthi_nj was dumb struck seeing the paint job and the appreciations went on!! Time passed and Suru and Rohit landed up at Kalai's place to service Suru's Zma as it was in a bad shape. Right Suru? I pushed off saying bye to Suru and Rohit and sakthi_nj has still to get his front brake bleeding done and will hit my home at night.
I reached home in my bike and started waxing my bike and there comes sakthi_nj after a while. Both our bikes were sparkling and gleaming. There started the first photography session!!
