@Naughty VaIsH: your comment really inspired me to write again Glad you liked the blog. For pillion comfort, I will suggest tu use gunny bag as a seat. We used the same, and never once did Nandinee complained about any discomfort.

Rajasthan is always a pleasure to visit, and a ride on a motorcycle doubles that! Your pictures and words brought every moment of your ride alive - that of the cities you visited, the forts/monuments you walked around in, and experiences of simply being in the cities you rode through.

And the fact that you had your wife being part of trip was super awesome! Kudos to her, Animeiher!

By the way, congratulations for winning!

@n_sandy, I think your city has a very good bag maker, after taking a left from clock tower while coming from city palace. He is in front of that big neem tree. I think he will be able to get you a good saddle bag. See, a saddle bag is nothing but two same bags tied together with a strong cloth to sit on. SO no rocket science. You should be able to draw the basic drawings after taking basic measurements like seat length, distance of silenser from the seat etc, and make a saddle bag in less than 1000rs.

As you are accompanied by wife, you will definitely have more luggage. I suggest you to buy a Studds Mustang tankbag (NOT the cramster or any other), because this tankbag is extendable, so it gives you good carrying capacity. One big tankbag + one saddlebag is enough for carrying two persons clothes for cold, as it did in my Rajasthan trip.
