    Temples

    The palace complex includes twelve Hindu temples. The oldest of these was built in the 14th century, while the most recent was built in 1953.


    Some of the more famous temples are:

    Did you say you covered 1947 kms. on the first day!!?? If that's true, then I wonder whether it is really possible. I couldn't however, make myself clear from your travel log that whether you took a flight as well to cover the whole 1947 kilometres in a day!

      Thanks for the quick approval bro!

      We'll actually I started the ride on 13th August at 11pm(call it 14th August) and continued till Bengaluru. Slept on the night of 14th August. Rode to Mysore on 15th August. Returned back to Bengaluru the same night, watched a movie, had a short nap and then started for hyderabad on the morning of 16th August. I had a proper sleep only on 14th August, so that makes it 2 days of riding. Hope that makes things clear.
