@Manan and Zayn: Thanks for those photographs, and that snow looks oh so fresh! If you guys have more photographs, then post them please.
@Manan: No matter where you go, the very own xBhp dhaba or Auli, you seem to find a dog to follow you somehow, which is so funny!

P.S: Manan, you have proved yet again why I call you Manan 'Auli' Chaturvedi!
Kudos to you and to Zayn as well.

Yes, canines love Manan!
Also, it would be really helpful for many a soul if you two (any-one of you) can put a detailed route (with distance) here. Something like this:
Day - 1: Delhi - xxx-yyy-zzz (night halt) [Total kms.]
Day - 2:
Day - 3:
Also, try and mention the condition of the roads that you travelled on and the approximate time it takes to reach Auli, from Delhi, with the night halt, et al. Details like these would be great!
Thanks.:)

Day-1
Delhi (130) Gaujraula (80) Moradabad (60) Bazpur (55) Nainital (62) Almora (50) Kausani (85) Gwaldam (65) Karanprayag (46) Pipalkoti (35km) Joshimath.
This is route 1 which longer then Rishikesh side but traffic free Gwaldam is a place to visit for a while with good camera, but the roads till Karnapryag is bit narrow with fresh tarmac but lil traffic on those road because this route is not a National Highway road.
Its better to reach Joshimath on Day 1 because it useless to reach Auli in Night it will chilling in Night + Auli is damn costly too.Old GMVN is really Old its better to stay in Super Dlx room over there which will cost around 650 in off season.
Its better to leave home at 3am because this way one can avoid insane drivers on NH-24.Take a brake a Gaujraula then start moving its better to cover plans as fast as possible because in Hills one cannot ride beyond 60kmph and if time reaches 7pm then its better to stop for dinner because all the Hotels will be closed when you reach Joshimath.
Day-2
Joshimath (14) Auli (3) Gurso bugyal
Wake up at any time as you like and move towards Auli.Note:Auli is costly that place can disturb your budget so be careful. If you like to do tracking then Gurso bugyal is place to go 3Kms from Auli One can also hire a guide who charges 500Rs but you can negotiate. But tracking is not ment for Ciggerate hogger like me...
.
Do carry sunscreen because my face is burnt due to that sun.
But few Kms to Auli there is no road sometime its feel like no need to go SAJOBA.One has to park his bike before Cliff top because no vehicle is allowed to enter cliff top area but the bike are safe where ever you park.
Day-3
Leave Joshimath early because this route is long but worth going full of pictures awesome route
Joshimath (81) Karanprayag (30) Adbadri (55) Chaukhutia (16) Dwarahat (52) Ranikhet (107) Bhimtal
One can also stop at Doodhatoli its a virgin place no tourist visit this place but its worth going its at an altitude of 3000mts and above snowfall happen here like in Auli.We where deciding to stop there only but I refuses to stop there it was too high for my bike too far from my house and as Manan bhai had to reach home at 11 it was impossible to reach on time from there but this route is free from traffic and full of views must go route but had to compromise roads.
if one like night riding then its easy to reach home on single day but if he doesn't like night riding then he should make a night stay.
Day-4
Day 4 depends on rider where to go.
Thank you
