      Nice write up dude.....but 835 is wayt too much, he must have quoted that much as he would have realized that you have no where to go in this dark night.

      BTW complete the log with some good pics

            @rahul : very well narrated, i could actually visualize all the events while i was reading. i did this run last month. you must have taken the Amboli ghat road after nipani its horrible with the amount of potholes and breakers. but i did it in daytime. hats off to you as u managed it at nite without having any idea where you were heading.

              hey nice write up there rahul..

              and why do i feel that you are one frustrated IT professional
              stuck up in a stupid job, doing some work which makes no sense,
              waiting for weekends and then not knowin what to do on weekends!!!!

              but with a trip like that all of this doesn't even matter.. it charges you enough to continue for the next month atleast....

              what I liked the most about your travelogue was that in spite of not having any pictures, it was an enjoyable read.
              I think you could have described the return journey better.. but nevertheless good attempt..

                  835 was way 2 much ...but that's fine , it was any day better than sleeping by road side

                        Thanks rakhsup for the kind words .........I did this with amboli ghat route itself ...and it was sheer fun driving in that dark night ....still my face is like dis .....Road was awesome isnt
