  • Pune to Delhi on Karizma

I am planning to do a Pune -> Delhi on my bike this Diwali. Want to understand which road taken would be better and safe bet. I guess there are two options, one is from Pune-> Ahemdabad -> Jaipur-> Delhi while the other one is from Pune-> Indore -> Alwar -> Delhi? I believe the distance covered on both the ways is approximately equal, however the Ahemdabad -> Jaipur is a better option for cars not bikes. Let me know your thoughts on this. Are there any other better options? I will be driving alone. Let me know if u guys have any other suggestions. Also where do I do a night stop?

    Keep riding!

The roads between Pune - Indore section were in a bad state when I last went from Pune to Indore by bus. That was in June. So after rains they should be in a worse state right now. So its better to take the first route as roads in Maharashtra and Rajasthan are much better than the ones in MP.
