Triplog
It has been one fine day of our routine Sunday G2G at the Dhaba, where we sat down and thought of going to somewhere except hills as this would have been not the right time to go to the hills being heavy rains all around. So we zeroed down on Plains but where? we kept it open and let our horses of mind run all over. When suddenly I thought of why not Deserts and picked up my phone to call Capt. Ravee to ask when to my surprise I got the call from Capt. saying "what about Osiyan near Jodhpur?" it was just like a kind of telepathy that was there. So we were sure now that we are going to Osiyan.
Day 1
We don't get exerted too much so we decided to leave on Friday evening. As decided me and Capt met at his house were he was all set will his machhine and we madea move from there towards Gurgaon where we were to meet Sanjai on the first Gurgaon Toll. It was around 17:15 hrs that we all gathered at one place and decided to shoot.
It was so amazing to know and feel that as we were leaving delhi and getting closure towards Rajasthan the weather was getting pleasent and surprisingly cool. So it ignited the fire within and we transformed into the Crouching Riders heading towards the Hidden Osiyan. At one of the tolls around 30kms from Rewari i realized that there is no one behind me from the fellow riders. So I decided to stop at the toll to wait, it was so good to experience the hospitality of the toll employees that they walked up to me and asked for the water and offered me a shelter to sit. Within 10 minutes of time I saw Capt approaching in. But with no wherebouts of Sanjai, we called him and got to know that he got a flat tyre in Rewari and getting it fixed. We decided to move ahead and wait for him at Highway King and communicated the same to Sanjai.
Waiting for Sanjai at Highway King took some pics

We shot from there and stopped straight at Highway King, when we reached there we noticed that it is just 18:45hrs and we have already covered so much of distance. We had some nice supper there and waited for Sanjai, he got quite late and finally we managed to leave Highway King at 20:00hrs. This coming episode of the ride was quite filmy, we were breifed by Capt. that from here we will get 2 tolls and from the second toll after 20kms we will find an Army jeep waiting for us. We mooved accordingly and then again stopped to wait for all to gather at the turn which leads to Ajmer and leaves the Jaipur Bypass behind, while we were waiting there one Hyundai Accent guy stopped and started asking about the bikes and other as usual, at last he asked me my name and when I told him my name he first laughed and appologised saying that "Don't mind but my sister's name is Manan Chaturvedi" well it was quite surprising finding a girl with this name but that's OK soon Sanaji Joined in.
As breifed by Capt. already we moved ahead and surprisingly I was amazed to see the accuracy exactly after 20kms from the second toll I saw a Militay Jeep standing with 2 jawans standing out in a deserted place with no population around. Well from there we have been escorted to the Army Guest houses where with all thanks to Capt. our stay was organized. The stay at guest house was quite royal as the guest house had everything that a man could require or ask for while staying somewhere.
Day 2
We decided to call it a day and were all set for further ride next morning at 6:00am. While we were about to start further Sanjai told us that he woould not be able to ride uptill Osiyan as he has got an urgent and important meeting on Monday which has to attend and we decided that we will go uptill half towards Jaipur and then from there we'll say goodbey to eachother. We all agreed to this. I thanked Mr. Mohd Rahees Khan who was our buddy at the guest house for his hospitality and started our ride ahead.
Day 2 start

Happy face Capt. Ravee

My Ninja after a bath

As we have already got our tanks filled last night so we just had to pull the throttles and race ahead towards the 175kms milestone from Jaipur, as that is what we decided to stop at. With all those lovely and wide roads we pulled real hard and soon we reached the 175 kms milestone from where we started looking for the Petrolpump to refule our machines and we were fortunate enough that we got the Petrol and Food both opposite to each other.

Having Delicous Parathas

We had delicious parathas there and said Goodbye to Sanjai from there, now it was only me and Capt. to cover the rest of the trip. Soon after some Kms from there we stopped as it was Saturday and Capt. wanted to go to the temple.
We again started pulling from there this time Capt. being in the lead, soon ahead there was a place called Bar (pronounced as Baad in Rajasthani Accent), and I got stuck behind one huge 26 wheeler truck and Capt. zoomed away from there, as I came out of the traffic it was a right turn towards Jodhpour and I kept riding on it and kept my throttle opened full in pursuit to catch up with Capt. after around 50 kms of full throttle ride I realised that how is it that Capt got so much of lead that I am not able to catch up with him in last 50kms. I tried to call him multiple times but of no use, then I asked somebody where does that other road goes from where I took the Right i assumed that Capt. would have gone straight from there. They told me that it goes to Paali and from Paali it is arounf 75kms to Jodhpur. I was sure that Capt. is moving towards that direction as I kept getting the different messages, i.e. someimes ring, caller tunes, out of reach, not available. These messages made me sure that he is continously moving.
I must say Rajasthan is actually good in terms of their Hospitality, those people who told me about the direction later offered me with tea and namkeen. As now I was sure that I am at the right direction and Capt will also reach from other route though long but will reach Jodhpur, so I decided to pull the bike and reached Jodhpur approx 1 hour earlier that Capt. I decided to roam around as I did not know where to go, I looked and moved through this beautiful city also known as Sun City, surprisingly being in Rajasthan a place which is imfamous for its hot weather was comparitivly colder than Delhi and that to in the afternoon. After 1 hour I got a call from Capt asking me to meet at the Turn where there is a plane planted as an Icon of victor over pakistan as this was one of the crashed Pakistani fighter jet. I reached there and found one army jeep standing there and we started talking and he told me that he is also waiting for 2 bikers who are the guests of Col. Ajay Dhawan. As soon as he tool Co. Dhawan's name I told him that he is actually waiting for us. Soon Capt. also joined and we moved in.
We met Col. Dhawan and other officers at Col's office and from there I was guided to my Guest Room which was again filled with all required amenities that a person could ask for. That day we did nothing much but rested a while as there has been a officers' party organised at night at Col. Dhawan's place. It felt that there had been multiple occasions to celebrate that evening, first it was the Homewarming for Col. Dhawan, second it was we who reached there, and third it was 25th birthday of a lady officer named Charu.

Bum Dance

After this we called it a day and I went back to the guest room.
Day 3
I got up early at 6:00am as I was told by Capt. that we'll go for a walk in the morning at 7:00am, but Capt and Col both came to me at 7:45am. We have gone for a walk then and then from there we had nice Swimming session.
Returning home we got ready for Osiyan, here we swaped our machines. Till Osiyan I rode Intruder and Capt and Col kept switching Ninja between eachother. It has been a great being in Osiyan, Sand Dunes all over. We enjoyed here to the best. Being in Osiyan was like on a Family picnic as we have gone there along with Col. Dhawan, his wife, mother and 2 kids along with an Army official Mr. Bhagwan Singh who drove us till there (those who were not on bikes
). This is a city of it's kind, you'll see lot of temples and old monuments and still very less populated. Here you'll not get the Onion and Garlic being the city of temples.Well after having our lunch from there we came back to Jodhpur and simply rested, as we had to leave early in the morning at 6:00am.

Day 4
Today withut being late or missing on time, we got ready sharp at 6:00am and we thanks to all for their such warm welcome to us and made us specially me feel like home, we also thanked the buddy there named Abdul Rauf for being there for our daily routine help. And we started riding back home sharp at 6:15am.
We decided that we will have our breakfast only at Jaipur, and for that we had to ride non stop. now this would have been a records distance clocked, we did 350 kms in just 225mins. This distance was from Jodhpur to Jaipur which comes out to be 1.5 kms in 1 minute...
that is some speed!

Aagey se left to Jaipur

Reaching Jaipur we decided to stop at some good location to have breakfast, but in search of good location we covered many more kilometers and then I thought of reaching Highway King to stopbut then somehow I missed and kept riding ahead, after clocking 450kms from Jodhpur, which means 100kms from where we stopped to feel joy of clocking such fast and far distance in Jaipur. I stopped at one absolute roadside Dhaba, this was actually a dhaba at a place where people might not even see it as it was so shabby and in the middle of no where, as in no population around. My intention of stopping there initially was to wait for Capt. who left behind in traffic and moreover he was looking for me on each dhaba crossed by as it was me who kep saying that I am hungry but did not stop till 450 kms...
...so there we stopped and thought of resting a while, but then because we were feeling hungry so we ordered also, and to our surprise the food was amazingly delicious and we loved it.Resting there for almost 1 hours we made a move back to Delhi and we reached Delhi (South Ext.) by 14:30hrs...so actually entered Delhi by 14:00hrs....well amazingly fast ride as we covered almost 600kms in just 6 hours 45 minutes...
To Conclude, I would say that this has been 1 of the fastest and the best ride that I had ever. I have never seen to many salutes in my life as many as I have received in this ride
. I have never been treated to royally before as I have been this time. I have never been made felt at home ever before in any of my rides as much as I have been this time...So, I wish to travel more in this part of India in future. I am actually impressed with the hospitality of the people there. They made the statement of "Padharo Mahre Dess" (Welcome to my City) true.
At last I would like to thank all those who have been part of us in this ride and they are Cap. Ravee, Col Dhawan, Mrs. Dhawan, Arushi, Ishani, Sanaji, Col's Mother, Mr Bhagwan Singh (Driver), Mohd. Rahees Khan (Buddy in Jaipur), Abdul Rauf (buddy in Jodhpur) and everybody met enroute and made this trip memorable...
