Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Do you really expect to be spoon-fed. You want to do such a challenging ride and all you can come up with is a two line question. Do some research, use google, read the travelogues on xbhp, make a rough plan and then come post that here.

Ask specific questions and people will be sure to help you out.

This is not intended disrespectfully but guys should do their homework before undertaking something of this magnitude.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Sorry @redhot; I've to unfortunately accept with this statement.

Pls do a PROPER homework before asking such question; most guys would even back off after seeing the distances & challenges involved & the blokes who answer them seriously would look like jokers. No offence.
