        thanx guys for ur suggestions really helpfull

        i just need to knw what all things i need to upgrade in my bike before dis ride m having bajaj avenger 200 cc 2008 model.

        as its my first long interstate ride so wud like to have some tips on riding as riding in city and highway are completely different

          Keeping in mind that you have not done a long trip, split ur ride for 2 day & go as per the route which aargee has shared

          Check and have a complete service atleast 2 or 3 days before you start the trip, understand basic maintanence tips, problems which can commonly occur would be with Cables / chain / puncture / lights, understand how to fix it and have spares for these.

          Relax and chill out on your ride, being Bajaj you can get support in most of the places, hence not to worry about anything.
          Never Give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about.

              Nothing can be done other than riding safe; if it has to happen it WILL happen, just carry tube puncture kit if possible, if not you, someone else can fix it

                        Relax and have the basics as said earlier done & dont think too much.

                        Too much of precautions dont help, as something else which you have not expected would turn otherwise, relax n ride steady
