  • Mumbai - Bangalore trip

Can you please give guidelines on best possible ways to make a trip a comfortable one and cover the distance asap. I will be going on my Unicorn. Plan to start journey on Saturday night and reach Bangalore by Sunday late evening.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Start by Saturday early morning instead, unless you want to miss the super scenic stretch from Pune up to Chitradurga

Good fuel stations enroute - Panvel & Lonavala (plenty), Satara (M/S, M.P Automobiles, BPCL), Belgaum (Shree Renuka Petroleum, HPCL), Davangere (IOL, comes to your right side), Nelamangala (HP Autocare, HPCL, comes to your right side)

Eateries - At Lonavala, McD; after Lonavala, plenty of Dhabas to your left; Kholapur McD (comes to your right side); Nelamangala (Kamat Yatri Nivas, comes to your right side)
