    Road trip HYD to Vizag

    Hello guys am planning to travel from vizag to hyderabad on my R15 v2.0.
    Please give me some tips as i am doing. a long distance trip for the first time.
    Also tell me a route that is better in terms of
    1.Road condition
    2.Facilities.
    3.Traffic.
    I don't bother travelling extra miles as long as the road is good .

    Advice is a form of nostalgia.

      Route to be taken: Hyderabad - Vijayawada - Visakhapatnam
      Road condition: Four lanes all the way; careful at junctions, look for oncoming traffic in wrong lanes
      Facilities: Countless fuel pumps. You can have breakfast at Suryapet at Highway 7 restaurant (just 2 kms before Suryapet). Lunch you can have at Vijayawada or after it. You will get lots of dhabhas.

          And also the return route to be taken .ie. from vizag to hyd .is the road via khammam any better?

          And also some tips to ride on vjayawada highway i hear that it is horrible

            I took the Rajamundry-khammam -suryapet road . ITS horrible. I took the GT650 , and It was a terror to ride . Only potholes , right from rajamundry bridge to khammam . Pls avoid


            Take the route ravi suggested

            Vijaywada-rajamundry , huge potholes in the middle of the road and very sudden.. But otherwise superfast roads except crossing hanuman junction and other small towns.

            rajamundry-vizag. 200kms
            Can do whatever speeds u want . Did over 200kph a few times. Brilliant stretch.

              HI...avoid that khammam-suryapet road as it is rained heavily, better to take NH 9 and be careful as that highway is under extension. ride safe
