Mate, go on a ride covering at least 100-150kms in day before taking the big ride, doesn't matter how/where, just complete 100/150kms on the odo (route should include highway, obviously). That will give you a fair idea of what you are capable of : how should you be riding, what would you require, what should be the seating position etc..

Don't worry it is easy to do 450 kms in a single day.

My observations.
Health and food are absolutely important for endurance during ride. Eat and eat and eat during the whole ride, food is the best medicine.
If you ride solo you will get bored. you have to overcome this.

Hard to say that only with the info as you're doing a PhD. Keeping it simple, if you've the will, you can even do Rajamundry to Kolkatta in a day. However, here're some pointers to accomplish your Rajamundry to Bhubaneshwar little easier...
1. Leave as early as possible, say around 3 AM in the morning
2. Take very less breaks as possible
3. If you feel a slightest tired or wanting for a rest, ignore point #2 & simply take break
4. DO NOT skip B'Fast, Lunch & Dinner; do not have heavy, oily or from places that you think are not hygienic
5. Finish about a liter of water for every 3 hours to keep you away from fatigue
6. DO NOT feel excited before the day of journey & sleep well & get adequate rest
7. Pack things (if you got to carry) a day before the journey
8. Last but not the least, have a STRONG DETERMINATION & BELIEF in you that, you will reach the destination safe

but the thing iam worried about is my bike as it is new iam afraid weather i can ride it for that long?

mine is RE electra 600km on odo

100 Kmph morning 3:00 AM to evening 6:00 PM - NO
50-60 Kmph of average speed from morning 3:00 AM to evening 6:00 PM - YES
