This looks more like a wishlist rather than a plan. Chalk out a rough plan so others can chip in with suggestions. BTW how many days is the ride?

Day 1 : Kayamkulam- Manipal : Appx 600kms and tricky(You can read Dangerous too) at night, especially the Kasargod-Thookkottu-Mangalore stretch
          Day 2 : rest
          Day 3 : Manipal-Kudremukh-Mullayanagiri-Mysore = Appx 400Kms Will be a tiring day.
Day 4 : Mysore -Ooty Can be done easily
          Day 5 : Ooty-Nelliyampathy-Athirapally-Kodaikanal= Appx 600Kms through ghats(Highly ambitious and Tiring)
Day 6 : Kodaikanal-meghamalai-Kanyakumari Again a Tiring Day but doable.
Day 7 : Kanyakumari -Kayamkulam Doable.

Overall road conditions are good and mostly two lane.

P.S: If i may ask what bike do you ride and are you comfortable with night rides?
