hi all,
read few posts about Gujarat which are present here already. But somehow still kind of confused if my plan is correct or not and i want your guidance to make most of the trip.
Me and my frnd are planning to cover the state on bikes.My primary reason is to watch the Rann Utsav and Kite festival.
Next reason is to explore food delicacy of the state.
9th Jan - Pune -> Vadodara (Let me know what things i shouldnt miss in Vadodara )
10th Jan - Vadodara -> Diu and Somnath -> stay at Junagadh
11th Jan - Gir Safari -> Porbandar -> Stay at Dwarka
12th Jan - Dwarka -> Narara Marine Park -> Stay at Bhuj (will visit Mandvi if its really worth)
13th Jan - Bhuj -> Rann of Kutch (including Dholavira and Kalo Dungar - any permissions required to these places ??)
14th Jan - Bhuj -> Ahmedabad (Via Mehsana) (Kite festival)
15th Jan - Ahmedabad (visit Akshardham, step wells etc)
16th Jan - Ahmedabad -> Pune
17th Jan - Pune -> Bengaluru
i need inputs on route plan and best affordable stay options(not expecting too posh lodges).
also need input on booking Gir safari Online.
not sure if i will be able to visit Gujarat again. So want to make sure i am missing out important places during this visit.
