Mumbai - Goa - Bangalore

Hi
I'm planning a solo trip Mumbai to Goa and Goa to Bangalore . I have not done any solo long distance trips but I have been ridding for around 5 years or so now . I would be ridding a as200 which I got last month and has done some 2200km till date , which would be the best route to take. For the return which would be the best route .
