Coimbatore to chennai best route

I am very new to tamilnadu, and i want to go chennai from coimbatore , please suggest me the best route ,road conditions .. Thanks in advance

Coimbatore-Salem-ulundurpet-Chennai

Good 6 to 4 lane roads all the way..

It's better in the WINDS>
