    Mumbai to Bangalore - seeking advise

    I am planning on riding my royal enfield classic 500 from Mumbai to Bangalore on 9th of December. I plan to ride half the way on the first day, rest for the night and cover the second half on the second day.

    I was wondering if anyone had done this trip recently and has any advise for me regarding the roads or the stay options etc.

    Also any advise on the things I need to get done on the bike before I start the journey.

    AFAIK the Bombay Bangy stretch is great. People use that stretch for Saddlesore attempts.
    Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
