    Trip to Nelong Valley

    Hi brothers

    I am planning a bike trip to Nelong Valley. Can anyone guide me pls the route to take and how to get the permit. I have a female pillion & how safe the route is, although I have done Mana, Jalori pass etc with her. I read in newspapers that it's an online permit application that needs to be filled but I can't find the URL for it.

    Dates: 17th May - 21st May
    Ride: Honda CBR 250R

    Bikes are not allowed in Nelong Valley as of now.
    Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

      Thanx for the approval & update that bikes r not allowed. I guess I'll have to take a SUV from UttarKashi or can u suggest some other place. How about chitkul ??? Would 5 days in total be sufficient for it ??? How about the road conditions & the weather ??? Your experienced replies are really very helpful.

        Pls delete this thread. I m back from the trip. Couldn't go up to Nelong due to heavy rains...reached until Gangotri.
