I would suggest you skip all this and ship your bikes to Jammu and start the ride from there.
Riding in May through Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Punjab will be difficult due to heat and the distances you are planning are surely ambitious.

Day 3 11/06 Srinagar - Kargil 202kms (5hr 42min) 7hrs at the minimum. Could be more in case of traffic jam at ZojiLa

Day 4 12/06 Kargil - Rangdum 127 Kms (3Hr) 7hrs at the minimum. And this is only till Rangdum. Pensi La is a couple of hrs from Rangdum.
Also, the road is not tarred here. So riding a sports bike with a pillion won't be comfortable. This will further slow down your speed.

Day 4 13/06 Rangdum - Lamayuru/Kargil 228kms (5hr 16min) Same, it will take much more than this.

Day 6 15/06 Leh - ILP and Local Sightseeing

Day 7 16/06 Leh - Turtuk 204kms (5hr 20min) It will take around 9-10 hrs till Turtuk.

Day 8 17/06 Turtuk - Khalsar 110kms (2hr 49min) Please don't plan like this.
Stay at Khalsar or Panamik

Day 9 18/06 Khalsar - Spangmik(via Wari La/Shyok side of open) 228kms(6hr 7min) / 142kms(4hrs) 6-7hrs

Please don't take times according to G-Maps.
Also, it won't be comfortable for the pillion on a cbr in this ride.

I haven't ridden on the leh-manali road, so have no idea.

This is Doable I guess if we leave early from Srinagar .

Day 4 12/06 Kargil - Rangdum 127 Kms (3Hr) 7hrs at the minimum. And this is only till Rangdum. Pensi La is a couple of hrs from Rangdum.

Yes, I am aware about the Situation, and read somewhere that max speed won't go above 25kmph so this will take time . And that is why I have put a day time to visit Rangdum and left Padum out of itinerary . I am inclined to do this Zanskar Region .

Day 4 13/06 Rangdum - Lamayuru/Kargil 228kms (5hr 16min) Same, it will take much more than this.
Yeah I can, Stay at Kargil again .

Day 5 14/06 Lamayuru - Leh 115kms (2hr 32min)

Day 6 15/06 Leh - ILP and Local Sightseeing

Day 7 16/06 Leh - Turtuk 204kms (5hr 20min) It will take around 9-10 hrs till Turtuk.
9-10 Hours is a lot of time , so I can modify the itinerary and can drop the plan of visiting Turtuk , and short the trip to Hunder only.

Day 8 17/06 Turtuk - Khalsar 110kms (2hr 49min) Please don't plan like this. - What can you suggest here to modify . I checked there are stay option available in Khalsar
Stay at Khalsar or Panamik

Day 9 18/06 Khalsar - Spangmik(via Wari La/Shyok side of open) 228kms(6hr 7min) / 142kms(4hrs) 6-7hrs

Thanks nadz11.ns for your inputs , I can modify the itinerary as per the inputs as I am still in planning phase .
Though I understand whats shown on Google Maps is not true when it comes to timing specially for Ladakh and hilly regions , also there is always 2-3 hours extra time required for Eating Breaks , Water Breaks and Photography breaks and what not .
Any suggestion is welcome

Srinagar to Kargil
Kargil to Rangdum
Rangdum to Kargil
Kargil to Leh
Leh
Leh to Hunder/Diskit (Nubra Valley)
Hunder to Turtuk and back to Hunder
Hunder to Pangong via Agham-Shyok
Pangong to Karzok (but will be a long day of riding)

rest you have correct.

Also, have you taken into consideration the fuel requirement?
They is pump only at Leh, Karu, Diskit. So if you go to Pangong directly from Nubra, take enough fuel till Keylong.

Ride safe and have fun.

Leh to Diskit has mostly good road, with a bad patch around KhardungLa (obviously).

Diskit to Pangong also has good road for the most part, with some bad patches in between around Agham where one has to cross the shyok river and a few landslide zones.

Also, if you are solo, stick with a taxi or some other riders as that route (Diskit-Pangong) has nothing and can be scary in case of any breakdown. As for road till Spangmik from the start point of the lake, I don't have much idea.

All the best.

Ride safe and have fun.

Welcome..

When going towards the Lake, the are tents right at the beginning of the Lake where most stay. But they can be costly sometimes. Spangmik is a little further down the road and you can find home stays there.

Any one planning Bangalore to leh in August? I am going to be headed from Bangalore, will have firm dates by next week, will possibly be riding to Delhi via Mumbai and I am planning Delhi Shimla tabo to leh instead of the usual Manali rohtang.
