Mana visit March 2018

Hi brothers

Someone has told me that civilians can visit Mana village only after char dham Yatra starts. I have never heard of this rule. I visited Mana village earlier also but that was when the Yatra was already on. Please confirm if this is correct. I have planned from 28 March to 1 April.
