Hello xBhp'ians,
I am planning a solo ride from Pune to Kota(Raj.) on my Suzuki Gixxer SF. On occasion of Diwali I am planning to visit home by bike. So my trip will be Pune to Kota. After Diwali over again from Kota to Pune. Both trips I am planning to complete in 1 day as there is shortage of leaves..
I am planning to leave on Saturday Morning at 4:00 AM (much difficult for me, but will surely start by 5:00)
As per google maps the shortest rout is Via. Dhule, Indore, Ujjain.
As per my past experience I have done a solo trip from Chennai to Pune (Chennai-Bangalore-Goa-Pune)(~1500 kms in 3 days).
Longest I have ridden ~650km from B'lore to Goa in a single day.
So this time I am planning to increase that limit and want to reach 1000 kms in a day. Although a bit difficult task for a 150cc bike but let's see what are my limits (and of my bike too)
Please provide your suggestions and advice regarding the route plan, itineraries, road conditions etc based on your experience.
Also I have some queries which I have raised in specific bike section but getting no response so posting here too (if anyone have some suggestions on that please help out)

1) Has anyone travelled from Pune to Rajasthan. Which route have they taken. Because the Gujarat route is good for cars as they get 2 expressways (4 wheelers only). Are MP roads good enough to travel through and keeping avg speed of 80-100kmph.
2) Luckily my service is also due a week before trip. I have covered 11000 kms till now, should I go for synthetic oil this time as I have to cover 2000kms (return journey) and don't want to keep changing oil.
If yes, which one should I opt for and it's price.
3) Please suggest some good headlight bulb. Don't want to use LEDs as they blind the coming traffic. But since I have to cover 1000km means I have to ride for some time in night too. And Gixxer's headlight, well no comment on that.
So must have to change it. Please suggest anything which works."
