    Leh flooded, planning Sikkim

    Hi, I had planned for Spiti-Ladakh in the 1st week of September. As right now the weather and road conditions are bad, I am planning to do Sikkim and Bhutan as I have a 20 days leave.
    Can anybody suggest if it is fine to travel in September, in the 1st week to these places or should I postpone?
