Hello fellow xBhpians, hope you all are doing good.

I am planning a 10 days trip from Bhubaneswar to Shillong. the date would be from 2nd October 2019 to 12th October 2019. The itinerary for the same is given below.

Day 1- Bhubaneswar to Kolkata; distance=around 440km; would be starting early in the morning and would be staying in kolkata for a day.

Day 2- Kolkata to Siliguri; distance= around 560 km; the same with an early start from kolkata, and would rest in siliguri and local sightseeing.

Day 3- Siliguri to Guwahati; distance= about 475km, early start from siliguri and stay at guwahati.

Day 4,5,6,7- These would be spent visiting various places in both guwahati and shillong, would be staying where ever i take a halt on that particular day.

Day 8- Return to siliguri

Day 9- Siliguri to kolkata

Day 10-Kollkata to Bhubaneswar.


I have decided to visit the following listed places of shillong and guwahati;

2. Shillong View Point
3. Mawsmai Cave Road
4. Don Bosco Museum
4. Khasi Hills
5. Kynrem Falls
6. Double Decker Living Root Bridge
7. Laitlum Grand Canyon
8. Dainthlen Falls
9. Krung Shuri Waterfall
10. Elephant Waterfall
11. Mawphlang Sacred Grooves
12. Air Force Museum
13. Khoh Ramhah
14. Mawdohnud
15. Sweet Falls

This journey would be about 3400 km and the preparation is done accordingly, with complete rest plans during the ride and the time and most road condition has been taken into account while preparing the itinerary for the journey.

Is it possible to visit all the above mention places in the specific time? Am i missing something places that must have been on my list? If yes, then please do suggest me. And if you have any other suggestion related to route options, weather and road update, places to visit during the ride or any specific patch of road that is just beautiful to ride through please do suggest me those. Besides these, if there is anything that you guys think is important for me to know; anything specific or general related to the trip and general preparations; do suggest me those.
