    Dear All,

    I have planned a trip from Chennai to Wayanad later this month. My plan is to take Chennai-Hosur-Mysore-Wayanad-Ooty-Chennai route.

    Considering the heavy rains last month, please let me know how good are the roads and is it advisable to go as per plan or suggest an alternative.

      So those who may wish to ride to wayanad, Road via Ooty is good apart from few stretches of bad roads and construction due to land slides.. bit heavy in traffic until pykara after which its almost empty.
