  • Interceptor 650 rear tyre tube

    Hi fellow xBhpians,

My interceptor 650 came with a ceat tyre and I recently got a puncture in the back tyre. The tube was totally damaged this happened around 15-20 days back.

since then I am searching for tube and its nowhere to be found.

I have been following up with RE SVC from where the bike was purchased and they say tube is not showing in their system and only a full set is available (both tyre and tube) how is that possible. Do they expect us to change the tyre everytime the tube is damaged due to a puncture.

The required tube size is 130/80-18 and someone recommended to use 120/80-18 not sure if that is fine.

look forward to hear from you guys.

Hello Dev, 130/80-18 tube is OE & comes only with tire; this means, if you need this specific tube size, you might have to buy the 130/80-18 tire. The closest, branded, approved by ASC, matching tube is 120/80-18 (same profile of RE-TB) that you can source it anywhere locally. CEAT or Ralco are available.
