  • Tyres for TVS Jupiter

My TVS Jupiter is 2 years old and covered 9000kms so far. During last 2 years my rear tyre had punctured 5 times and front tyre not yet punctured.
Can I rotate tyre of my bike as both the wheels are of same size ??? Is there any disadvantage of doing the same.

    Query Approved

You should not use an old worn tyre on the front. You need all the grip you can get to steer the bike. And worst case if you blow your tyre while riding, then you really want your rear tyre to blow and not the front. With some luck a rear blowout can be controlled, very difficult with the front.

So if your rear tyre is worn out, then replace it.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
