Tyre Change CB Unicorn 150

Hi,

I am using Honda CB Unicorn 150 and covered 26,000 kms. If I want to change the Rear Tyre can I go for the Bigger Size (either 110-90-18 or 120-90-18) without making any modifications. Can any one help me with this.

In general going one size up doesn't require any additional modifications.
