For light street blazing motorcycles like yours and even the adventure counterpart of your motorcycle, there are a number of tyres on the market that travelers to Leh use to enhance grip on its broken and semi-broken roads.
1) MRF Meteor (R) and Michelin Sirac Street (F): This is the most common setup since both the tyres can take some offroad steps while keeping tarmac grip acceptable. MRF meteor is simply a great tyre with amazing amount of dry tarmac grip and longevity. I personally have not used the Michelin so some of the more experienced members are welcome to put in a word.

2)CEAT Gripp (F&R): This setup will be very similar to the factory fitment on the RE Himalayan. These grip very well off the road and respectably on it. Just don't try to drag your knees and you should be fine.

3)Michelin SIRAC (F&R): This is also a good option but I can't vouch for the performance since I haven't used these.

There are a couple of other tyres from brands like Dunlop and Ralco which promise off road and on road performance but I can't quote the models right now.
