Hi, Myself don't have any experience with dual purpose tyres with my D390 but heard people using

Front : Michelin Sirac street 110/90/17
Rear : Ralco Speed Blaster 120/80/17

The above combination is better than the below one.

      Front : Ceat Vertigo
      Rear : MRF MoGrip Meteor - 120/80/17

It's not really safe to ride fast in tarmac with these tyres.

The MRF FC1 and C1 are good enough for mixed usage-hard enough to hold on better in off road conditions and not too hard so as to not provide adequate grip on tarmac-and are proper sizes for the D390-and are about Rs2500 cheaper per set than the now standard H speed rated Metzelers.
They are OE fittment on Dominar and D250.

You can try Pirelli Scorpion Raly STR tires. Stock sizes available. Using the same tires for 5k kms on my 2017 Duke 390. Dry & wet grip is awsm on on/off road. This tire is 60% on road & 40% off road tire as specified by Pirelli. In Pune it costs Rs. 14500/- front & rear set.

Go for Timsun Tyres both front and rear at once.

              Front would be TS823 110/70

              Rear would be TS822 140/70

I might be late here to post my answer, but I thought let me just post so that years/months later when someone is looking for an off-road tire there will be my opinion along with others. So basically I own KTM DUKE 200 which is a 2015 model and covered almost 46K+ kms so far, for the first 22k kms I had the stock tires which KTM offered and they were MRF C1 and FC1,later when I was supposed to change the tires, I chose MRF only, as I am into touring I prefer having an hard compound tire as they tend to last long and can withstand Indian road conditions in a better way. In 2019 Dec I installed Xplorer kit by Autologue (my first decision ever) so I wanted off-road tires that will go well with the adv kit on my bike. So at 45k kms I had to give up MRF and since I was looking was off-road tires I went to Kurla Bike market in a hope to buy a second hand off-road tire, but there I got a good deal for new tires itself so I bought Ralco speedblaster for front and rear both instead of second hand tires.
                  The ones I bought are:
                  Rear - Ralco speedblaster 150/60 R17
                  Front - Ralco speedblaster 110/80 R17
Though both are rear tires, I have installed 110/80 R17 on front since I wanted the off-road tire any how. But for that I had to do little modification to rise the mudguard by few inches. I did that and now both tires are perfectly fitted. With this tires you cant lean in corners but consider them perfect for off-roading and touring.

I have used this one on my CBR 250 twice. Works really well on and off the roads.

                    140/70 - R17 - https://www.amazon.in/Metro-Conti-Sc.../dp/B01GV94YXW - Metro Conti Scuba

See if this will work on the Duke.

I'm sure OP was able to determine which tires to install on his Duke because it's an old thread. I just installed Kenda Dual Sports tyres on my motorbike. I've seen a lot of good reviews on this tyre so I'm going to try it for the first time. Right now, I'm waiting for the Yoshimura motorcycle exhaust to be shipped so I can finally travel. I'm done picking out the route for this upcoming expedition, I just need to finish the upgrades on my bike.
